Brownfield Remediation & Building Demolition
The State of Ohio is investing another $500 million statewide toward brownfield remediation and building demolition over the next two years. Under the Brownfield Remediation Program and the Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program, the Lucas County Land Bank is the designated lead entity to apply for and receive funds for all Lucas County projects. This is an exciting time for our community, and we want to work with you to be ready to maximize the opportunity.

Welcome Home Ohio
The State of Ohio is investing $150 million statewide toward single-family affordable housing development through the Welcome Home Ohio program. Funding is available to each Ohio county land bank to acquire, renovate, or construct single-family housing that meets community needs.
