Joshua Murnen

Joshua serves in senior leadership at the Land Bank and oversees a wide spectrum of real estate projects. He is also responsible for all legal matters and is the Secretary of the Corporation.

Joshua has been with the Land Bank since 2011. In 2018, he was honored with a 20 Under 40 Toledo award. A native of Toledo and a graduate of the University of Toledo and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, he and his family reside in Toledo's Old Orchard neighborhood.
