We welcome you to learn more about our organization. All Lucas County Land Bank Board meetings are open to the public. However, the Board does not take public comment at its meetings.

2020 Board Meeting Minutes

The April 23, 2020 and June 11, 2020 Board meetings were conducted by Zoom teleconference and Live on Facebook in accordance with Ohio law during the coronavirus pandemic emergency. Public Records Policy

The Land Bank is subject to Ohio's public records law and will make public records available consistent with this policy. Please feel free to use our Public Records Request form to facilitate your request. You may contact Joshua Murnen, our public records custodian, regarding any public records request.

Financial Audits

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 1724.05, the annual financial reports of the Lucas County Land Reutilization Corporation are posted for public inspection.
