Stephanie Shackelford

Stephanie serves in senior leadership at the Land Bank and oversees its strategic planning, acquisition priorities, and project work, including property marketing. She is heavily involved in residential, commercial, and move-in-ready renovation efforts and neighborhood work. She is also responsible for data, information, and GIS services supporting the Land Bank's goals.

Stephanie has been with the Land Bank since 2016. In 2024, she was honored with a 20 Under 40 Toledo award. A native of Toledo and a Bowling Green State University and Michigan State University graduate, she and her family reside in Toledo's Ottawa neighborhood.
