The Land Bank is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified architectural firms to conduct a feasibility study and building conditions assessment for the adaptive reuse of the five-story former Masonic Temple building in east Toledo. This engagement will produce a structured analysis to inform the Land Bank and the City of Toledo of the most viable adaptive reuse for this property. The feasibility study should include a structural conditions assessment, a comprehensive evaluation of potential reuse scenarios, conceptual design renderings, and a construction cost estimate based on the proposed plan. The Land Bank and the City of Toledo intend to use the findings to market the property to appropriate developers and assess the viability of plans submitted.
