Overview

The goal for this project is to demolish this vacant industrial warehouse to improve the quality of life for the surrounding neighborhood and to position this property for future redevelopment. To accomplish this goal, all structures, pavement, and other improvements on the property will be demolished, abandoned electrical transformers will be removed and properly disposed of, demolition debris will be removed to the work specifications, and the site will be graded and seeded, leaving a clean and level lot that can be easily maintained for future use.
