The Land Bank doesn't work without the passion and commitment of our staff and Board of Directors.

In 2023, we strategized with our land bank colleagues, welcomed new staff, dug deep into what it means to be a team, volunteered our time to make our community stronger, and bade a fond farewell to a founding Board member. No one promised that confronting neighborhood challenges would be easy, but at least we're having a great time doing it!
