David Mann

David leads day-to-day efforts at the Land Bank as it improves homes, lives, and neighborhoods throughout Lucas County. He works closely with the Land Bank's staff, finance team, and Board of Directors to implement the Building Neighborhoods strategic plan, deliver on key programs, engage with stakeholders, and be prudent with limited resources.

David has been with the Land Bank since 2010. A native of Dayton and an honors graduate of the University of Toledo and the University of Toledo College of Law, he and his family reside in Toledo's Library Village neighborhood.
