Ryan Rathburn
Ryan directs the Land Bank's many construction projects, including our move-in-ready homeownership opportunities. He oversees field and neighborhood-based work and helps to deliver on the Land Bank's people-oriented programs, including RISE Neighborhoods and our Home Preservation Initiative.
Ryan has been with the Land Bank since 2016. A native of Bowling Green and an experienced construction professional, he and his family reside in Toledo's Glendale-Heatherdowns neighborhood.
