Julia Hernández

Julia manages the ownership and development of the Land Bank's property assets, coordinating with contractors, our acquisition and disposition teams, and the community to transform formerly abandoned properties into safe, beautiful, and vital opportunities once again. She is also a team leader in our Neighborhood Justice Fund efforts. Julia ayuda a los residentes que hablan español y solicitan servicios del Land Bank.

Julia has been with the Land Bank since 2021, and she was formerly a Neighborhood Surveyor and Projects Specialist. A native of Toledo and a graduate of The University of Toledo, she and her family reside in Toledo's Oakdale neighborhood.
