Preservation Manager
Jim Roseland
Jim manages all aspects of the Land Bank's preservation work, which is about protecting and safeguarding buildings in Lucas County in a way that creates wealth for and preserves the health of people who live and work here. He oversees our Home Preservation Initiative and includes RISE Neighborhoods outreach, the Neighborhood Justice Fund, and residential and commercial redevelopment. He contributes his magnificent photography skills to the Land Bank's storytelling efforts.
Jim has been with the Land Bank since 2018, and was previously a Projects Specialist. A native of the San Francisco Bay Area and a graduate of the Academy of Art University, he and his family reside in Toledo's Old West End neighborhood.
